 ECO Tahoe, or Ecological Construction Offices Tahoe, was founded by Brook Igleheart and his wife Erica Mirich Igleheart in response to concerns about the future of the residential construction industry.
A life long environmentalist, Brook, felt that it is his obligation as a licensed contractor to incorporate earth and people friendly building materials and practices into his business.
Our mission is to provide green building materials and technologies to create healthy home environments.
As a part of our commitment to environmentally responsible building, we have also added the service of reclaiming premium vintage wood and timbers. Recycling these magnificent pieces of wood saves them from a tragic end in the dump or in a burn pile and gives them new life in your home or personal project.
